Meet the Team
Claire and Shazia
We are the Founders of the foundation and Jesses Mum and Step Mum.
We sadly lost Jesse in a car accident in December 2023 and we set up the foundation in February 2024 to help families and young adults who experience grief and provide support to navigate trauma.
Jesse had a big heart and always put other people first and we want to continue this legacy and help others who find themselves in a similar position to us. The foundation has given us a purpose and focus in such a difficult time and we are motivated and driven to ensure people do not feel alone in grief.
At the moment we make all the decisions in the foundation, we organise the events, the social media pages and attend meetings but we hope to recruit in 2025 as we continue to grow.
