We’re pleased to be collaborating with Mental Health Matters Wales in Bridgend and Treorchy to support the Treorchy Wellbeing Hub.
Based at the former Old Calfaria Surgery on Regent Street, the hub offers free wellbeing and mental health support, including ADHD peer support, men’s wellbeing sessions, carers’ groups and warm spaces for the local community.
We’re looking forward to working together to provide much-needed support for people in Treorchy and the wider Rhondda Cynon Taf area with Lean on Me in Honour of Jesse Owen providing 1-2-1 counselling sessions, adult and children workshops, holistic therapy and contrast therapy for bereavement, grief and trauma.
